RPO's client is actively seeking a skilled P&A Fluid/Pump Specialist to join their team in the Netherlands! This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to manage the fluid section on drilling sites, install and maintain fluid pump and tank-related equipment, ensure safe and smooth operations, and work internationally with a well established fast growing energy supplier. If you have experience with liquid pumps and a passion for operational excellence in drilling, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:

• Assist the mud engineer on location and take over tasks when they are not present.
• Decrease the fluid system to a "rig-move."
• Maintain the inventory of fluid pump-related spare parts on site.
• Carry out ad-hoc repairs.
• Train other drilling crew members.
• Ensure the safe and smooth operation of fluid systems.

Requirements:

• Completed MBO-level education in mechanical engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with liquid pumps.
• Knowledge of drilling fluids and best practices in mining operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
