Are you experienced assisting Management with all daily deadlines? Our client in Blackheath requires your personal assistant and administration skills. Must have excellent attention to detail and high attention to detail and accuracy while working with figures.
The role includes extensive client liaison suited to a vibrant individual who is self-managed and motivated oozing with positive energy to keep up the pace of this role.
Requirements:
5-10 years of experience in administration, personal assistant and client liaison
Ability to be the right hand to the Sales Director
Excellent administration and time management skills
Computer literate and excellent attention to details with checking of figures
Professional and excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Must have own vehicle and driver's license
Duties and Responsibilities:
Right hand assistant with PA duties supporting the Sales Director
Keep the Director updated on progress of all production orders ensuring deadlines are adhered to
Liaison with Production Manager Professional communication with clients on deadlines, delivery etc.
Use initiative if deadlines are delayed, liaising immediately with management
Double check that orders are accurately documented and communicated
Data management and checking of price and quantities that they are accurate
Ensure all necessary documentation and approvals are completed
Working at a fast pace with project coordination
Assist in tracking project timelines and milestones with management
* General administration and any additional ad-hoc requirements required within the company
