A leading and globally recognized travel company is in urgent need of a Call Centre Agent at their Pomona branch. As an Over Night Call Centre Agent, your duties will include; attending to incoming calls, changing client bookings, handling general enquiries, problem solve and administration, thus it is essential that you have a background in a Call Centre environment, have an impeccable telephone etiquette, a good command of the English Language, above average customer and interpersonal skills as well as have intermediate to advanced computer skills.
Essential Job Requirements
Matric Certificate
A valid Drivers License
At least 18 months of call centre experience
A good command of the English Language (preferably first or second language)
Must be able to handle local and international clients (excellent telephone etiquette)
Must be able to handle conflict and be a good problem solver
Must have intermediate to advanced computer skills
Must be accustomed to working over night
