Job Description


Job Purpose

To successfully project manage, lead and implement payroll for new clients on PaySpace by analysing the clientxe2x80x99s
requirements, configuring the system, migrating the data and balancing the figures.

Duties and Responsibilities

Ensures customer excellence

  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with customer base.
  • Lives the companyxe2x80x99s values and service standards with regards to customer interaction.
  • Adheres to business processes and systems to meet the companyxe2x80x99s quality requirements
  • Takes personal accountability for service excellence.
  • Adheres to the companies work standards.
Information security
  • Understand their role within the organisation from an information security perspective and commit to protecting
the organisationxe2x80x99s security information assets.
Finance
  • Ensures Cost savings and efficiencies in area of accountability.
Self- development
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications;
maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
  • Prepare personal development plans in conjunction with Manager and implement in line with business
requirements.

Teamwork
  • Ensures teamwork to achieve shared goals.
Post-Implementation support
  • Provide support via email and/or telephone to new clients for a period of time after implementation until
handover to dedicated Outsourcing Account Manager
General Duties
  • Adhoc consulting work as and when required
New Registrations
  • Review all new registration tickets in order to kick off an implementation
  • When a new sales alert is received:
o Ensure a signed quotation from client exist in CRM
o Confirm Go-Live date with Sales
o Create / calculate timeline with milestone dates to implement client timeously
o Enrol client and send welcome pack with the milestone dates

Project Administration
  • Complete and distribute a weekly status report on all implementations
  • For all new implementations create a ZOHO Project with tasks and milestones when applicable and according to the prescribed project template
  • Manage all tasks and milestones on ZOHO Projects during the implementation when applicable
  • Log all actual hours spent on the project against the project timesheet
  • Ensure all fields on Zoho is captured for each implementation to ensure accurate reporting
Implementations
  • Ensure client provide data as per the project milestone dates
  • Company Setup as per the registration documents and detailed quotation
  • Payroll setup as per client requirements
  • Additional Payroll Components
  • Default Leave Setups
  • Basic Org Structure and Position Management
  • Arrange short telephonic kick-off meeting with client to discuss the project requirements and milestones.
  • Data Migration xe2x80x93 Provide client with all necessary bulk upload sheets to complete. Import data into
PaySpace:
o Employee Master Data
o Employee Banking Details
o Terminations
o YTD Take on Figures
o Packages and Recurring Figures
o Leave Balances

Requirements
  • Full knowledge of Payroll and HR legislation
  • At least 3 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in payroll consulting
  • Advanced skills in the Microsoft Office suite i.e. Excel, Word etc
  • Strong analytical abilities
  • Creative and innovative
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and apply basic concepts in new situations
  • Strong interpersonal skills
