What You'll Be Doing:

• Making outbound calls that spark real conversations and convert to sales
• Building rapport and gathering key customer insights
• Driving pre-sales engagement across your region
• Smashing weekly and monthly targets with confidence
• Delivering top-tier customer service every single time
• Supporting multiple campaigns with agility and enthusiasm

What You'll Bring:

• Proven telesales experience
• A natural ability to connect and build trust quickly

• Tech-savvy skills and fast learning ability
• Clear, confident communication--written and spoken - with a Higher grade in English preferred.

The Details:

• Your will receive a base salary and commission, 25 days holiday, your birthday day off as well as life insurance.
• This role is based in our Johannesburg office, working UK hours on a rotating schedule (5 out of 7 days, 8 hours shifts between 8am-8pm UK time)
• You will need to have your own reliable laptop and noise cancelling headset which we will pay you a monthly allowance for.
• 3-month FTC with the potential to go permanent
