Assisting customers with troubleshooting or investigation of issues and complaints
Promoting/selling FMCG products and services to customers via telephone calls
Providing information about products and services
Taking orders
Responding to customer complaints
Processing returns
Meeting personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; following up to ensure resolution
Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts and filing documents
Following communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: R5000,00 - R8000,00 per month
Expected hours: 8 per week
