Responsibilities



Generate and manage pipeline through 60-80 cold calls per day to senior executives. Conduct rapid market research to tailor outreach to African markets. Schedule 8-12 qualified discovery calls per week. Deliver compelling 30-second cold-call introductions. Provide clear, concise 10-minute demos highlighting our AI-driven solutions. Navigate gatekeepers efficiently to engage decision-makers. Maintain accurate reporting on weekly activities (calls, meetings, pipeline). Consistently achieve a minimum of R200,000 committed pipeline monthly. Achieve a 20-25% demo-to-proposal conversion rate. Actively seek feedback, improve scripts, and share learnings weekly. Provide marketing with insights from customer interactions. Track competitors and report insights monthly. Represent Daedalis at industry events.

Minimum Qualifications



Exceptional verbal communication skills: clear, confident, and persuasive. Demonstrated resilience and determination in a sales environment. Strong ability to take and implement feedback quickly. Experience managing pipelines with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications



Previous experience in outbound sales or cold-calling roles. Familiarity with technology, SaaS, or AI-driven platforms. Experience navigating complex decision-making structures.
