Job Description
We are looking for driven and results-oriented outbound sales agents to join our growing team. You will play a vital role in converting leads into active players by effectively presenting our platform, games, and offers.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers Promote the company's online products and services Effectively communicate bonuses, promotions, and key platform features Build strong relationships and trust with players Achieve daily and monthly conversion and sales targets Record all interactions accurately in our CRM system Handle customer objections and basic support queries when needed
Requirements
Previous outbound sales or call center experience Excellent communication and persuasion skills Goal-oriented with a strong sales mindset Fluent in mentioned regions languages Basic computer literacy and experience with CRM tools Ability to work independently and within a team
