Outworx is looking for Outbound Sales Agents for a leading mobile company in the UK.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Telephonically contact leads as provided by the client
Follow up with potential customers in a timely manner as necessary
Adhere to internal sales processes
Working to meet and exceed personal and team goals.
Promote a culture of treating customers fairly and acting in the customer's best interest.
Always promote 'Best Practice'
REQUIREMENTS:
Grade 12 or equivalent NQF4 level qualification
Exceptional listening skills
Computer Literate
Assume responsibility for accuracy and performance
Proficient written and spoken skills
Able to work UK Hours Monday-Saturday
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Work Location: In person
