WE ARE HIRING - OUTBOUND CALL CENTER SALES AGENTS (TELECOMMUNICATIONS)

About the Role:
We are looking for motivated and confident
Outbound Call Center Sales Agents
to join our telecommunications division. You will be responsible for calling potential customers to promote and sell telecom products and services, handling customer queries, and achieving sales targets.Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound sales calls within the telecommunications sector Promote and sell telecom products/services (data, voice, mobile packages, etc.) Reach and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets Handle objections professionally and close sales effectively Update customer information accurately on the system Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a positive customer experience Work closely with team leaders to improve performance and achieve campaign goals
Requirements:
Telecommunications sales experience (advantageous, but not always required)
Strong communication and persuasion skills Fluent in English (IsiZulu-speaking candidates highly encouraged) Ability to work under pressure in a target-driven environment Basic computer knowledge Professional, confident, and self-motivatedWorking Hours:
Monday to Friday - 8am to 5pm
Two compulsory Saturdays per month
