OTA Channel Administrator
Location: Woodmead | Full-time
We're on the hunt for a detail-driven
OTA Channel Administrator
to keep our online booking channels in check and performing at their best. If you know your way around rates, availability, content updates, and love keeping systems neat and accurate, this could be your next move.What you'll do:
Manage OTA listings, promotions, and inventory daily Keep rates and availability accurate across all platforms Reconcile bookings, payments, and reference numbers Troubleshoot cancellations, no-shows, and overbookings Support revenue strategies with data insights Keep our content sharp and competitive
What you'll need:
2+ years' experience in OTA channel management, reservations, or hospitality distribution Hands-on experience with channel managers & PMS systems (SiteMinder, SynXis, NightsBridge, etc.) Strong Excel and data-handling skills Impeccable attention to detail and problem-solving skills Clear communicator, both written and spoken
