Job Description
Our established animal health agency is looking for an industrious Orders Clerk to add to their division based in Centurion.
Your role's purpose will be to ensure that customers are processed both accurately and timeously as well as to oversee the process of informing customers of receipt, prices, shipping dates and/or delays and handle complaints.

- Relevant Qualification
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Creditors and Debtors
- Pharmaceutical industry experience advantageous
- CRM experience beneficial
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel
- Skilled in Sage Evolution
- Numerical and analytical ability
- Effective communication skills
- Team player
- Deadline driven
- Excellent Telephone etiquette
- Effectively works under pressure
