Duties will include but not be limited to:

Order verification
Carry out verification of new sales opportunities (in SalesForce) against a number of criteria set by the business
Carry out verification of renewal opportunities (in SalesForce) against a number of set criteria
Sales order management
Once the sales opportunity is verified and "closed won", create the sales order related to the customer contract in NetSuite based on the signed customer order and manage subsequent billing against it
Purchase order management
Raise purchase orders in accordance with approved company policy (CoS, internal costs)
Billing
Responsible for raising accurate and timely customer bills in accordance with approved company process

Requirements:

3+ years experience in order management or billing in a business operating in different geographies and providing a multitude of complex services
Experience with and knowledge of recurring billing
Prior experience in the tech sector is preferable
A person who is passionate about efficient management of cashflows in a business
A person with a desire to make constant improvements
A person who is energetic and likes change
