You will be responsible for receiving, reviewing, and confirming customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. • Receive and process customer orders, ensuring accurate and complete information
• Review orders for accuracy, pricing, and availability
• Confirm order details with customers and provide order status updates
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery
• Resolve any order-related issues or discrepancies
• Maintain and update order records and databases
• Attend to invoicing
• Customer queries
• Answering the switchboard

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven 2 years experience as an Order Clerk or in a similar role
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with order management systems is a plus
• Valid drivers license
