Job Description

Inlumi is seeking an Oracle EPM Consultant (FCC) to join its global team of over 250 specialists in digital transformation for the office of the CFO. The company is a leader in the provision of advisory, technology implementation and managed operations services to help customers understand and utilize their data for better decision making. Inlumi's team of experts is renowned for its finance, technology and change expertise. Its clients include some of the world's leading companies in the financial, manufacturing and retail sectors. The successful candidate will join a dynamic team focused on driving value and delivering a superior customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide Oracle EPM consulting services to clients
• Advise clients on finance transformation, process improvement and performance optimization
• Develop and maintain project plans, including resource and budget allocation
• Lead workshops, training sessions and other client meetings
• Collaborate with colleagues and clients to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
• Understand and utilize industry leading practices and standards
• Participate in business development activities, including proposal writing and client presentations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in Oracle EPM implementation and/or consulting
• Experience with FCC (Financial Consolidation and Close) is essential
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes and practices
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proven experience in project management, consulting and problem-solving
• Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a team environment and build positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
