Job Description

We are looking for a full time optometrist to grow a practice. We are looking for an optometrist who has the following:

Experience in branded multifocal lense and accomodative support designs Can fit multifocal and toric contact lenses Has the passion to learn and run the store using our coaching system Has strong command of english language and communication skills Ability to speak cordially and get along with anyone Be willing to run the store as their own with their own mindset and skill set Be able to apply what their learn immediately. Be able to use a Hoyailog tracer Understand basic accounting such as GP percentage and breakeven formulae Be willing to go out to do screenings at Dischem, business venues and schools Have own transport or be able to commute to work with ease. Can open and close the store and run it as if it is their own franchise
