Key Details:

• Working Hours: 8:30 am to 5 pm (Monday to Friday), 8 am to 12 pm (Saturdays).
• Three-Week Timetable: Week 1 (Monday off), Week 2 (Wednesday off), Week 3 (Friday and Saturday off).
• No Work on Public Holidays.

This practice has been around for over 50 years and has recently been refurbished. It is a Well-staffed practice with a loyal client base, state-of-the-art equipment, including OCT and infra-red tracking technology for child assessments, and a private lens laboratory collaboration.

Description

• Perform comprehensive eye examinations and vision tests
• Diagnose and manage ocular conditions, prescribing appropriate treatments or referrals
• Provide expert advice on eyewear selection, lens options, and contact lenses
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care
• Stay updated with the latest advancements and developments in optometry

Minimum Requirements

• Fluent in English and Afrikaans.
• Professional and personable demeanor.
• Proven experience in optometry.
• Ability to work within a team.
• Passion for providing exceptional eye care.
• Optometry Degree
• HPCSA Registration
• Updated CPD Points
• Excellent Communication Skills, Verbal and Writing
• Passionate about providing exceptional eye care services and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Excellent communication skills to build lasting relationships with our diverse clientele
• Strong clinical skills and ability to conduct thorough eye examinations
• Proactive and self-motivated with a desire to contribute to the growth of the practice
• Valid Driverxe2x80x99s License
