Job Details:
*Good understanding of GSM/UMTS/LTE & NR technologies
*Should be well conversant with the Radio Network Performance Improvement
*Analyze the network KPIs & identify the abnormalities quickly
*Should be able to understand the issue & plan improvement actions
*Continuous improvement in the Network performance indicators
*Must have good understanding of parameters and features working
*Formulates and implements network optimization solutions in accordance with user complaints and coverage problems reported by customers
*Should be able to impart skills to other technical team members
*Must have minimum 5 years of working experience in the field of Network Performance Improvement working with any OEM or with a leading Service Provider
*Preferred to have experience on latest Clients systems
*Should be proficient in MS Office Suite i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.
*Strong communication and presentation skills
*Ownership & readiness to dedicate as per the requirements of the network & customer
*Should be able to work as a team
