A strong working knowledge of a wide range of lenses and lens products, and the ability to problem-solve and manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment, is essential.

Description

• Lens cutting and fitting.
• Repairs ranging from full frames, nylon fittings and rimless
• Frame adjustments
• Tinting
• Maintain inventory and order eyewear products as needed.
• Conduct repairs and adjustments on eyewear, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in optical technology.

• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end practice.
• Exceptional knowledge of various lens options, frames, and optical products.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with patients.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organisational abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Tech-savvy with experience in using optical software and tools
