Description
As an Optical Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in providing exceptional service to clients and assisting them in selecting the perfect eyewear solutions.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting customers in choosing frames and lenses that suit their needs and style preferences.
- Conducting preliminary eye tests and measurements under the supervision of optometrists.
- Managing inventory, including ordering, receiving, and organizing frames and lenses.
- Ensuring a seamless and delightful customer experience through attentive service and expert advice.
- Collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets and uphold the highest standards of quality and professionalism.
- Previous experience in optical retail or a similar field is essential.
- A passion for eye care and a strong understanding of optical products and services.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
