Job Description
Main purpose of the job:
To Operate and maintain packaging machine line to achieve maximum effectiveness at minimum cost and to meet production requirements as per production plan
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric, preferably with Maths and Science
- or N3 plus or National certificate in Food and Beverage Packaging Operations
- Team leader Training
- Goods Manufacturing Principals and Processes
- HACCP, Health & Safety, Process, Product, and packaging materials specifications
- Machine Start-up, Change over and Shutdown Process
- Clean in Place principals and procedures
