In this role you will be responsible for:
The incumbent will report to the shift supervisor and be responsible for all functions relating to the position Operator (Plant)Snr
The role's purpose is to monitor operation of PGM plant and ensure production targets are met or exceeded, must be able to decide and initiate action
Operating the Flotation plant and thickeners.
Conducting reagents and density checks
Unblocking slurry tanks, pipes and pumps when required
Taking production Samples
Performing general housekeeping
Ability to function independently, good communication skills
Must be willing to work rotational shifts (Fulco)
Compliance with the company's HSEC system is essential
Ensuring implementation of management decisions, legal requirements, and the company standards/policies
About you:
Grade 12
Two (2) years plant working experience
Previous experience in PGM recovery plant or similar process
Achieving Personal work goal and objectives
Computer Literacy
Medical fitness for working on heights
