Requirements



Basic Literacy 1 - 2 years' relevant experience in operating a tractor with

attachments (preferably mowers and cutters)



Proficiency certificate to drive a municipal vehicle A valid Driver's license code: B, C1, C, EB, EC1, EC. Physically fit and abled bodied

Note:

Working hours will be established in line with the work-schedule

rules of the City



The successful candidates will be required to work in all weather

conditions, work outside normal working hours during emergencies



and planned activities and work in different geographical locations.



Key Performance Areas



Operates heavy mechanical plant during general

maintenance activities of recreational areas and open spaces



Compliance with occupational health and safety rules related to

the function



Inspect the site and remove obstacles that could harm /

damage operating mechanisms



Transports material to/from specific locations participate in the

loading/off-loading sequence
