A reputable manufacturing company based in Struandale is seeking reliable and hardworking
Operators (Contract Position)
to join their production team. The ideal candidates will thrive in a fast-paced environment, follow standard operating procedures, and maintain high standards of quality and safety.Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor machinery on the production line Perform routine quality inspections on products Adhere to health and safety standards Report equipment issues and assist with basic maintenance Maintain a clean and organized work area
Minimum Requirements:
Matric / Grade 12 Preferably residing within the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan Area or nearby Previous experience in a production or factory environment is an advantage Willingness to work shifts Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks Punctual, dependable, and a strong team player 3 years CNC Operating experience, (Milling, will be preferable)
