Job Description
The above-mentioned vacancy exists at VOMS Industrial (Linbro Park) in the Retread Tyre Plant and will report to the Factory Supervisor. Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates to fill the position.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
The ideal applicant will possess the following: -
Minimum of Grade 12 or an equivalent qualification. +/- 2 years' experience working in a Tyre Retread Plant would be an advantage. Skiving experience would be an advantage. Ability to communicate, read and write in English. Willingness and eagerness to learn other tasks within the Tyre Retreat Plant.
JOB OUTPUTS
Skiving of tyre casings. Complete and update any tyre related control sheets. Complete and update any quality control related documentation. Assist other Tyre Plant work stations when required to do so. General cleaning of working area. Adhere to Health and Safety Regulations. Maintain tyre related hand tools.
