A detail-obsessed builder. A fast learner. A systems thinker who can automate, troubleshoot, and optimize the backend of marketing operations. You should thrive in the unknown, and get satisfaction from creating tools, workflows, and automations that work.

Experience & Qualifications:
2-3 years experience in a marketing operations or technical marketing role
Strong experience in HubSpot Marketing and Sales Hubs
Experience using and building task management tools like ClickUp
Reports & dashboards
Workflow automations
Data cleanup, property management, and process optimization
Familiarity with Google Sheets formulas, Zapier, and process documentation
Comfortable learning and implementing new tools
Excellent time management and internal communication skills
Bonus if you've used: Unbounce, Google Ads, or Facebook Ads

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Own HubSpot as the single source of truth--clean data, effective automation, clear reporting
Build and maintain automated workflows that support the marketing, sales, and client services
Research and implement new tools to increase team efficiency
Collaborate across teams (revenue, client success, leadership) to implement operational solutions
Track performance, identify bottlenecks, and improve systems continuously
Manage and troubleshoot integrations between tools like HubSpot, Zapier, Google Sheets, etc.
Support strategic email campaigns and lifecycle automations
Maintain documentation for all systems and processes
