(Est. 1996) is looking for a dynamic and professional Operations Receptionist to join the team at our Head Office in Montclair.
Duties
Receptionist
Responsible for ensuring the Reception area is efficiently and effectively managed
Opening and closing of offices daily
Answering of telephones
Welcoming visitors
Fleet
Managing fleet of +-10 cars
Petrol PO and managing of accounts, ensuring always within budgets.
Services
Tyre Rotation
Repairs maintenance
Managing store maintenance issues
Store Repairs- Alarm, aircon servicing, cameras, general repairs
HQ- repairs and maintenance for all - electrical, plumbing, furniture, aircons etc
Operational
Managing of driver routes and deliveries daily
Managing fleet of 10 cars ( petrol, service, carwash, weekly inspection and tracking)
Managing of 3 cleaners and their duties
Managing duties of security guards
Ensuring compliance from all HQ staff
Managing meetings and training rooms
General Tasks
Manage office automation for entire group (HQ + 10 retail stores and growing) - copiers/toners/usage
Document management (storage, shredding)
Managing retail store maintenance issues (repairs, pest control)
Property Management
L
easing, maintenance
Rental collection
Repairs and maintenance,
Managing External Cleaner and rostering
Managing garden maintenance
Rentals management
Monthly tenant inspections
Qualifications:
Advanced Excel knowledge
Excellent communications skills
Proficient writing skills
Organizational skills
Good computer literacy
Able to multi-task and work under pressure
Attention to detail
Motivated and energetic
Excellent leadership skills
Speed and ability to multi-task are key to this position.
WORKING HOURS:
Monday to Friday
7:30am to 5:30pm
Saturday
7:30am to 1:30pm
