Role Overview
We are seeking an Operations & Marketing Assistant who can blend organizational excellence with strong marketing know-how. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and can manage multiple responsibilities across operations, marketing, and client support.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day operational support across the business
Manage email marketing campaigns and write engaging copy
Repurpose content across platforms to expand brand reach
Support customer service through timely and professional responses
Assist with affiliate program coordination and partner communication
Plan and support online and in-person events
Create simple graphics and marketing collateral as needed
Collaborate closely with leadership to anticipate needs and streamline processes
Qualifications

  • Proven experience in operations, virtual assistance, or a similar role
Strong understanding of marketing principles (email marketing, content repurposing, affiliate management)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote setting
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable with tech tools for project management, email marketing, and customer support * Creative mindset with basic design/graphics skills (preferred but not required)
  • Must have Marketing Knowledge or experience.
