Job Description
Lowveld Transfers Company on the lookout for an OPERATIONS MANAGER/DRIVER
- Must have a clean driving record
- Experience managing a team and fleet of vehicles essential
- Excellent guest service skills essential
- Experience in the hospitality industry is essential
- Good knowledge of the local area and attractions necessary
- Will need to adhere to a high level of service standards
- Ensure the fleet of vehicles is checked and repaired timeously
- Must ensure timeous renewal of licenses and permits for a fleet of vehicles
- Will need to develop and implement standard operating procedures for the operations of transfers
- Must be able to manage stock controls
- Must be able to monitor and manage expenses and revenue related to the transfers department
- Must be able to work under extreme pressure at times and with flexible hours
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills essential
- Computer literacy is essential
- Valid PDP driverxe2x80x99s license is essential
