Your role as Operations Manager will entail supervision of daily operations, maintaining a high-quality standard of organisations deliverables in line with site specific SLAxe2x80x99s - Including client relations & management, people management, health & safety, budgets, & growth targets.
For this Operations Manager position youxe2x80x99ll need:
To be a South African national.
5 yearsxe2x80x99 senior experience within the cleaning industry xe2x80x93 preferably facilities or hospitality.
Positive leadership style having managed large staff compliments.
Strong financials & business management principals.
