Tertiary certification or qualification, ideally in a related field such as psychology, social work, or suitable alternative.
Experience in Operational Management/Supervision, which included administrative functions
Facilities Management
Experience in working with people with Autism and have some knowledge of PECS or AAC communication methods
Excellent people skills
Financial exposure with managing expenditure to a budget, controlling cash
Ideally exposure to managing a Medical Ward/Care Home/Special Needs facility or something similar
Working knowledge of PECS and other AA
