You are required to foster a positive workplace environment and address any workplace discipline issues. You are accountable for monitoring employee performance and recognizing good performance to motivate and retain talent. You will work closely with business advisors, product owners, the data team, and the delivery team to ensure the timely and high-quality de livery and maintenance of software products. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement and operational efficiency, aligning software engineering and DevOps initiatives with our clientxe2x80x99 s business goals and customer needs. You will also deal with the optimization of product performance. Every project is a unique puzzle, tailored to meet the precise requirements of their MNO customers with a unique design of voice and data products, crafted c ustomer journeys, and visionary go-to-market plans. Your ideas and insights will drive the growth of their MNO customers. You will work together with the DevOps, Data, and Delivery teams at our
Client to translate these visions into reality. Together, you will eng ineer solutions that exceed expectations. Post-launch, you will monitor the performance of the products they have created, providing strategic insights and consulting services directly to their customers' marketing teams and executives. Your recommendations will be focused on unlocking the full potential of their customerxe2x80x99s business, driving growth, and ensuring their competitive edge in the market. Min imum Requirements and Responsibilities

• Minimum 5 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in the DevOps Field.
• Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a DevOps leadership role, with a strong bac kground in software development and system administration.
• Extensive knowledge of cloud computing, CI/CD, automation too ls, containerization, and orchestration (e.g., Docker,

Kubernetes).

• Experience in managing customer support teams and maintainin g SLAs.
• Strong understanding of network architecture and application development methodologies.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR POPIA).
• Excellent leadership, team management, and communication sk ills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
