Must have a minimum of 6 yearsxe2x80x99 experience as an Operations Manager in the Private Security Industry
Working Hours: 08h00 till 17h00 (Must be flexible over weekends as well)
Main Responsibility:
The Operations Manager is responsible and accountable for the complete security operations as follows - Duties include but are not limited to:
Covering of Sites, seeing that the sites are covered, pre-arrangements are made, and replacements brought to the sites if needed
Daily Instructing of Supervisors and Tac1 Managers on matters that need attention, changes, or new Instructions
Daily meetings with the Clients when requested and a detailed email needs to be sent to the client and the Managing Director after the meeting
Daily feedback on operational issues must be reported to the Managing Director of PPA
Report, in writing, site complaints and non-compliances immediately to your Manager
Daily admin, AWOLS, sick leave, leave, absent reports, pre-arrangements, communication with Admin Manager and Managing Director
Drawing up the monthly site rosters (Easy Roster), which must be issued to ALL sites before or on the 25th of each month
Ordering of equipment and A detailed uniform breakdown must be sent to both the Managing Directors before the 30th of each month
Be active and respond to all WhatsApp groups, and emails
All incidents must get immediate attention by drafting a preliminary report within 4 hours of the incident. A full detailed report to follow within 12 hours after the incident was reported
Check patrol reports (every day) and investigate if needed, report issues with tagging and devices
Ensure that ALL sites have an SOP or on-site JD that must be signed by yourself and the client
A daily schedule of your day-to-day tasks must be sent to your manager one day in
Arranging and/or scheduling disciplinary Supervise or oversee the issuing of disciplinary warnings and AOD documents
