Qualifications & Experience:

• Tertiary qualification in Business Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field (preferred)
• OR proven experience in operations management (minimum 3-5 years)
• Prior exposure to the electrical sector or distribution-focused business is an advantage

Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of all operational functions to ensure seamless workflow across departments
• Oversee inventory, logistics, and distribution processes to maintain accuracy and efficiency
• Implement and monitor operational policies, procedures, and SOPs
• Ensure compliance with company standards, SLAs, and regulatory requirements
• Prepare and maintain accurate operational reports to support decision-making
• Lead, motivate, and develop staff to achieve peak performance
• Identify areas for improvement and drive initiatives to boost productivity and operational excellence
