What will you do?
This role will report to the Regional Support Manager.
This is a management position overseeing a team of Support Staff including the HighPerformance Centre to provide administrative support, controls and processes that will enable the effective/compliant and speedy issuing of new business; and undertake initiatives that will assist in driving sales for both the Choice and Tied businesses.

Technology and after sales service enablement
Relationship Management
People and resource management
Management of the support team on San IX (tech enablement)
Management of specialist support roles (Retention, Medical, Leads, Policy servicing)
What will make you successful in this role?
Qualification and Experience:
Grade 12
Diploma/Degree in Management will be a strong recommendation
2 years managerial experience
2-4 years proven experience in office administration/processing environment. Preference of having worked within a sales distribution environment
Knowledge and Skills:
To be successful you will need to demonstrate good experience in:
Distribution and sales business (preferably within Sanlam)
Basic Sanlam product knowledge
Budgeting, expense management
Knowledge of management practises and processes, knowledge of HR practices and performance management principles
Legislative compliance and risk management of a financial services/sales environment
Knowledge of Sanlam's support services and administration processes (i.e.: New Business)
Must have a valid driver's licence and reliable motor vehicle
