Operations Manager - FinTech | Johannesburg (Hybrid)
A leading FinTech company is on the lookout for a dynamic and detail-driven Operations Manager to join their expanding team! If you have a strong finance background and a passion for seamless payment solutions, this is your opportunity to play a pivotal role in supporting South Africa's ultimate payment gateway.
What You'll Do:
- Oversee and optimise key operational elements of the payment gateway offering
- Execute strategic projects that impact payments and client experience
- Work closely with Compliance to ensure regulatory alignment
- Monitor service performance and proactively resolve operational bottlenecks
- Provide high-level support to customers and internal teams
- Analyze data, generate reports, and identify trends to improve efficiency
- Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline processes and elevate service
- Keep clients informed through structured communication and updates
- Finance or Legal Degree
- 2+ years in accounting, finance, or similar field
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience in payments, e-commerce, or financial services is an advantage
- Strong analytical thinking and a logical approach to troubleshooting
- A passion for operations in a high-growth, tech-driven environment
