Key areas of responsibility and areas of the business to manage:i. Grease trap service teams,ii. Plumbing service teams,iii. Production.b. Operations responsibilities:i. Manage monthly scheduling,ii. Complete service according to client agreements and expectations,iii. Manage logistics daily and optimize logistics for cost savings,iv. Manage the completion of scheduled and once-off monthly work,v. Grow services offered.c. Manage assets:i. Motor vehicles,ii. Service team equipment and production equipment.d. Clients:i. Build relationships, and resolve challenges timeously,ii. Site visits xe2x80x93 Problem-solving, quotes, maintenance of grease trap system, iii. Reports.e. Suppliers:i. Manage relationships,ii. Delivery of services and products,iii. Cost saving,f. Employee responsibilies:i. Employment and contracts, ii. Disciplinary maters, iii. Budgets,iv. Training.g. Management team:i.
