Decision Inc. is currently looking for Operations Manager to join our Business Applications team as an Operations Manager. The Operations Manager will be required to work together with the leadership and delivery team to optimize processes, support resource planning and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the business.Who Are We?Decision Inc. is a leader in enabling its clients to make better decisions, faster. • Operational Oversight

• Manage and improve core business processes and workflows.

• Drive operational efficiencies and team utilization to ensure business commercial targets are achieved

• Manage the end-to-end client invoicing process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with contract terms.

• Work closely with finance to support monthly revenue and cost recognition, ensuring project financials are correctly accounted for.

• Review timesheets, expenses, and project delivery data to validate inputs for invoicing and recognition.

• Support forecasting of revenue, margin, and utilization by maintaining reliable operational data.

• Collaborate with leadership team to track and forecast resource capacity and utilization.

• Maintain up-to-date project resourcing plans and assist with the onboarding of new hires or subcontractors.

• Manage talent needs/skill mix of the team

• Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly operational reports and dashboards.

• Monitor project and business financial and delivery KPIs with the finance and delivery teams.

• Support bid/tender submissions by coordinating inputs and managing templates

• Manage the invoicing

• Ensure adherence to company policies, contractual obligations, and consulting best practices.

• Maintain records related to contracts, NDAs, certifications, and insurance

• Provide input metrics to HR to assit in the successful running of bi-annual performance reviews

Who Do You Need To Be?

• Relevant degree
• Proven experience as a senior consultant in one of the analytics technologies.
• Minimum 1 years experience within a management environment.
• Sound financial understanding of principles of running a consulting company.

• Consulting experience (advantageous)
• Good understanding of data and analytical methodologies and solution delivery
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills with the emphasis on relationship building, understanding business requirements, and management of business expectations
• Ability to be proactive and accountable for your own deliverables
• Ability to work within a team
• Effective planning and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and be deadline driven
• Eagerness and willingness to learn a positive attitude is everything!
