This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional with strong leadership, logistics, and hospitality management skills to oversee operations in one of the world's most breathtaking destinations. ? Key Responsibilities: ? Oversee and coordinate all operational aspects of the company's travel and hospitality portfolio in Madagascar ? Lead, train, and manage on-the-ground teams to ensure excellence in guest experience and service delivery ? Develop and implement operational strategies to optimise efficiency and profitability ? Manage budgets, logistics, procurement, and supplier relations ? Uphold company standards of sustainability, safety, and luxury across all operations ? Requirements: ? Proven experience in operations management within the luxury travel, safari, or hospitality sector ? Strong leadership and communication skills, with a hands-on management style ? Exceptional organisational ability and problem-solving skills ? Willingness to be based in Madagascar and travel between properties as required ? Fluency in English essential; French proficiency advantageous ? Salary: Negotiable DOE ? Accommodation: Live-in or housing assistance provided ?
