Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

What You'll Be Doing:
/p
p
As the Operations Manager, you'll ensure everything runs like a well-oiled machine at this luxury touring company. Your role will cover a wide range of operations, including logistics, staff management, and maintaining high standards for equipment, fleet, and guest experiences. You'll be the go-to person for overseeing:
/p
p
Touring Equipment: Ensure all gear is in top-notch condition, coordinating repairs and maintaining inventory.
/p
p
Fleet Management: Track vehicle maintenance, licensing, and ensure all company vehicles are tour-ready.
/p
p
Guide Management: Oversee the logistics for guides, recruitment, onboarding, and training. Help guides reach their highest potential while ensuring they are well-equipped and scheduled.
/p
p
Event Management: Coordinate logistics for events at the company's on-site Beach Club and event space, ensuring flawless execution.
/p
p
Team Leadership: Manage the Adventure Store Manager and assistants, maintaining operational efficiency and high standards.
/p
p
Operational Systems: Continuously improve operational systems and processes for maximum efficiency.
/p
p
Reporting & Meetings: Conduct weekly meetings with the team, reporting operational updates and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day activities.
/p
p
What You'll Need:

In-depth knowledge of Cape Town and surrounding areas
/p
p
Highly computer literate with strong administrative skills
/p
p
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
/p
p
Problem-solving skills, with the ability to stay calm under pressure
/p
p
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
/p
p
Excellent time management and scheduling abilities
/p
p
Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial management
/p
p
Proven project management experience and the ability to implement systems and processes
/p
p
A team player with a collaborative approach and a willingness to dive into all aspects of operations as needed
