Job Description

• Manage all administrative and operational activities characteristic of distribution
• Perform People & Management routines, according to the People Cycle, Training and Development, Engagement, Safety, among others processes
• Ensure the achievement of the unit's budget goals
• Manage revenues, costs and cash flow
• Ensure the achievement of operational and administrative performance indicators of the unit
• Motivate, train and develop the administrative and operational team
• Ensure compliance with legislation and maintenance of safe working conditions for the team
• Ensure the conservation of the company's assets (vehicles, equipment, resources and facilities)
• Preserve the relationship with the customer and with your customer's customers
• Develop and guarantee suppliers compatible with the needs of the company and its customer
• Ensure the conservation of the company's assets (vehicles, equipment, resources and facilities)
• Strictly comply with all company and customer procedures, standards and specifications
• Correctly use uniforms and protective equipment provided by the company
• Commit to operational goals defined together with the customer, DPO/VPO and Excellence Program
• Demonstrate personal and professional behavior compatible with the role
• Perform related activities, meeting requests from superiors

Requirements:

• Matric
• Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain or Logistics
• Ease of communication and desirable experience with leadership roles involving operational teams.
• Extensive courses in transport and logistics (desirable).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: R45,000.00 - R55,000.00 per month Education:
