Purpose of the Job:
To play a key role in leading daily farm operations, oversee production processes, and managing stock requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Matric
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Agriculture, Business Management, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
- Lead daily farm operations, overseeing production processes and ensuring optimal efficiency.
- Manage stock requirements for production, raw material stock, and purchase ordering processes.
- Serve as the Occupational Health and Safety officer, guaranteeing a secure work environment.
- Handle personnel management, including staff payroll, contract oversight, and coordination of casual labor.
- Collaborate closely with various teams, such as Distribution & Logistics, Production, and Health & Safety.
- Oversee monthly stock counts, demonstrating keen attention to detail to minimize variances.
- Take on diverse tasks as needed by the Directors, contributing to the overall success of our farm.
- Candidate MUST reside in the upper highway area.
- Good communication skills xe2x80x93 verbal & written.
- Organisation and time management skills.
- Work under pressure.

- Skilled at multitasking.
