Operations Manager Retail

In the role of Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing and enhancing business operations at the store level. Your key responsibilities encompass ensuring the successful execution of our business strategies, nurturing robust relationships with store owners, and propelling business growth across multiple locations.

Your primary emphasis will be on upholding store viability and brand uniformity, offering operational expertise, and cultivating a positive experience for store owners. This position necessitates exceptional leadership.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Hold a bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
• Boast a solid track record, with at least 10 years of experience in retail, buying group, franchise management, or similar roles.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth and meet operational targets.
• In-depth knowledge of retail operations, encompassing sales, marketing, and customer service.
• Proficiency in dissecting financial reports and performance metrics.
• Strong leadership skills, adept at motivating and inspiring teams.
• Impeccable organisational and time management abilities.
• Familiarity with the legal and regulatory landscape affecting retail business groups.
• Willingness to travel within the region as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support, guidance, and mentoring to store owners.
• Act as the primary point of contact for store owners, addressing concerns and resolving issues.
• Ensure strict compliance with operational policies and brand standards.
• Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, stock management, and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular site visits to maintain brand and operational standards.
• Collaborate with store owners to develop effective sales and marketing strategies.
• Oversee legal compliance with store owner supply agreements and regulatory requirements.
• Update and maintain relevant documentation in coordination with legal and compliance teams.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment for store owners and staff.

Collaborate with various departments to facilitate effective communication and initiative implementation
