The Role
As Operations Manager, you'll be the backbone of the practice, driving efficiency across teams, projects, and systems. You'll work closely with senior leadership and department heads to ensure projects are delivered seamlessly, operations run smoothly, and business growth is supported.
Key Responsibilities

• Streamline workflows, systems, and processes to optimise efficiency.
• Oversee scheduling, resourcing, and workload allocation across teams.
• Track project progress to ensure deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are achieved.
• Partner with finance to manage budgets, reporting, and cost control.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and team performance management.
• Maintain strong client, supplier, and stakeholder relationships.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in operations management, ideally in design, architecture, interiors, or construction.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and multitasking ability.
• Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
