-Fully qualified, Operations Manager needed for a Health & Skincare Group.
Formal education: Diploma / Degree as a Somatologist / Cosmetologist
Experience
:Minimum 5 years Spa management experience or more
Seeking an outstanding candidate
Candidates are required to understand
Financial statements
,Manage a Spa operating Budget
, and haveexcellent communication skills
.Computer Literacy is essential with knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Operating Hours 8am - 5pm (Monday - Friday)
Candidate
MUST have their own car and valid drivers licence
(not sharing a car with anyone)Needs to be experienced, well-spoken and well presented
Work 45 hours a week
Excellent leadership skills to motivate a team
Proactive, takes initiative and independent thinker
Excellent communication and relationship building skills
Good customer service and people skills
Team player and strategic thinker with the ability to contribute to the management of the department and a proven capacity to develop individuals.
