Job Description

To oversee and optimise the operational functions for Falcon, Staalmeester, and Prodist products, including logistics, parts distribution, and warehouse management, ensuring efficient product flow, high service levels for dealers and customers, and alignment with overall business objectives. Duties and Responsibilities: - Operational Planning and Execution - Logistics and Supply Chain Management - Warehouse and Parts Management - Customer and Dealer Satisfaction - Quality Assurance and Compliance - Health and Safety Management
Experience: At least 7 years of experience in operational management roles within the agriculture or manufacturing industry. Proven track record in optimising operational processes and driving efficiency. Strong leadership experience in managing diverse teams and fostering collaboration. Qualification: Relevant Bachelor's Degree preferred). Additional certifications in operations management or related fields are advantageous
