The main purpose of an Operations Manager: Excellence is to optimize and improve the efficiency, effectiveness, and overall performance of the organisation's operations. This role is focused on implementing strategies, methodologies, and best practices to enhance productivity, reduce costs, increase quality, and drive continuous improvement across various operational processes.
The successful Incumbent will report into the Chief Operating Officer and will be responsible for Operational and Supply Chain Optimization, Continuous Improvement Strategies, Change Management Process, Management of Procurement Process, Research, Develop, Implementation and Maintenance Supply Chain Modelling tools, and Analyse Operational Performance.

Job Experience and Skills Required:
- BEng or BSc in Industrial Engineering & Management or related field (Non-Negotiable)
- Minimum 6 - 7 years experience within the Manufacturing, FMCG, Engineering or Construction Industry
- Minimum 3 years management experience
