Our client was founded in the early 1990's and they are a renowned business within the Construction space. Their projects range within the residential, commercial, industrial, and retail development space and they are very excited to expand their Team, with a Operations Manager of Excellence.
The main purpose of an Operations Manager: Excellence is to optimize and improve the efficiency, effectiveness, and overall performance of the organisation's operations. This role is focused on implementing strategies, methodologies, and best practices to enhance productivity, reduce costs, increase quality, and drive continuous improvement across various operational processes
The successful Incumbent will report into the Chief Operating Officer and will be responsible for Operational and Supply Chain Optimization, Continuous Improvement Strategies, Change Management Process, Management of Procurement Process, Research, Develop, Implementation and Maintenance Supply Chain Modelling tools, and Analyse Operational Performance

Job Experience and Skills Required:
- BEng or BSc in Industrial Engineering & Management or related field (Non-Negotiable)
- Minimum 5 - 6 yearsxe2x80x99 experience within the Construction, Engineering, Manufacturing, Mining or FMCG
