Job Description

Job Summary Hire Resolve's client is seeking a dedicated Operations Manager specializing in Electrical Engineering to oversee operations across the Western Cape and Free State regions. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring operational efficiency and excellence while managing resources and coordinating multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage tender pricing, oversee contracts, plan projects and operations, and control material handling.
Lead and motivate teams across multiple branches, identify training needs, and address industrial relations issues.
Utilize technical expertise to solve problems and apply strong organizational skills.
Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and quality controls.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
Proven experience in managing tender pricing, overseeing contracts (such as JBCC, NEC), and applying strong business acumen to enhance policies and procedures.
At least 10 years of experience in the electrical, construction, or engineering sectors, particularly in tender and project environments.
Familiarity with SANS 10142 standards.
Proficiency in MS Projects and Candy CCS is essential.
Valid driver's license, personal vehicle, and a clean criminal and credit record required.
