Operations Manager - 3?Store Portfolio
We are looking for a self?driven, motivated Operations Manager to oversee three of our retail locations. You will be the hands?on leader who delivers on KPIs, drives operational excellence and supports the growth of our team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day?to?day operations of three stores, ensuring compliance and profitability.
Lead, coach and develop store staff; schedule shifts and track performance.
Drive sales, stock control and cost?management initiatives to meet or exceed targets.
Prepare and monitor KPI reports for senior management.
Maintain a clean, safe and customer?focused environment.
Act as the primary point of contact for any operational issues.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in retail or hospitality management, preferably with multi?site responsibility.
Strong leadership and communication skills; English must be your first language.
Self?starter who thrives in a fast?paced environment.
Ability to work flexible hours and travel between sites; own vehicle required.
Cannabis industry knowledge is a plus but not essential - full training will be provided.
